This website (stablecoinbeat.com) is operated by CSS Media GmbH, Haselstrasse 18, 5400 Baden, Switzerland ("we", "us", "Stablecoin Beat"), which is the data controller for the purposes of applicable data-protection law, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of this site.

2. Data we collect

Browsing the site does not require registration, login, or account creation, and we do not ask visitors for personal data to read our content. We collect personal data only in two situations:

• Contact form. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, so that we can respond to your enquiry.
• Technical data. Standard analytics and server-log data described in sections 3 and 5 below.

3. Cookies and analytics

Submissions to our contact form are stored by us and sent to our inbox via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which processes the email on our behalf. To protect the form against automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which assesses whether a submission is made by a human and may process technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) for that purpose. We use the information you submit only to respond to and manage your enquiry, and we do not use it for marketing.

5. Third-party services

This website links to our profile on X (Twitter) at @Stablecoin_beat. If you visit X, their privacy policy applies. We have no control over X's data practices. The processors we rely on — Google (Analytics), Cloudflare (Turnstile), and Brevo (email delivery) — maintain their own privacy policies governing the data they process.

6. Server logs

Our hosting provider may retain standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for operational and security purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

7. Data retention and your rights

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for our records, after which they are deleted. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
